Welcome to the new page especially dedicated to the free ebook, “Yoga for the Long Run”.
The ebook arose from discussions and yoga classes during which a number of key, simple but effective yoga poses for runners were identified. Use the ebook as an introduction to yoga or running, or maybe as a refresher. There are a number of key running exercises included and an outline of the main health and fitness benefits linked to the combination of yoga and running.
Within the ebook you will also find a series of Questions & Answers with real-life yogi-runners!
